Tony began his career in the United States Navy, where he gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with high-pressure steam boilers and plant operations. This foundational expertise provided him with a deep understanding of complex mechanical systems and the importance of precision and reliability in high-stakes environments.

After his service in the Navy, he transitioned to the HVAC service industry. Here, he applied his technical skills to the maintenance and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. His work in this field further honed his ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for various facilities.

In addition to his HVAC experience, Tony has also developed significant expertise in COGEN (combined heat and power) operations and maintenance. This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of energy systems and the ability to manage and maintain equipment that maximizes energy efficiency and reduces operational costs.
